Constructed for durability and compliance, our Steel Drum Spill Pallet is expertly engineered from 2mm thick mild steel sheet and reinforced with rectangular hollow section (RHS) steel framing, ensuring exceptional structural integrity. The unit features removable galvanised grid flooring, designed for easy cleaning and maintenance while providing secure support for steel drums.

A fully seam-welded, liquid-tight sump (tested rigorously prior to despatch) guarantees containment of spills, aligning with oil storage regulations and current environmental, health, and safety legislation. The pallet is elevated 100mm above ground level on robust 100 x 50mm steel bearers, facilitating seamless pallet truck and forklift access while promoting airflow beneath the unit to mitigate moisture buildup and corrosion.

Finished with a high-performance, chemical- and corrosion-resistant paint system applied to a thickness of 100 microns, the spill pallet delivers long-lasting protection in demanding industrial environments.
