Secondary Containment

Our Secondary Containment range includes steel and polyethylene solutions designed to safely contain spills from drums, IBCs and hazardous liquid containers. Metal Drum Spill Pallets are manufactured from 2mm sheet steel, incorporate a fully welded leakproof sump and feature removable galvanised grid flooring; they are easy to manoeuvre with a pallet truck or fork‑lift. For IBCs, Metal IBC Spill Pallets are specifically designed to carry one or two standard 1000 litre IBCs, with sturdy construction in 2mm mild steel, a fully seam‑welded sump, removable galvanised gridding, and the capacity to contain 110% of vessel contents. IBC versions are also available with a dispensing stand to support safe decanting.

For flexible spill protection in working areas, Bunded Flooring modular panels are designed to hold 205 litre drums and provide catchment for incidental spills. Panels are manufactured from 2mm mild steel and incorporate removable galvanised grids, allowing you to build a workstation floor unique to your specification (ramps and joiners available). Stackable Drum Stands store two or four 205 litre drums in vertical or horizontal positions, are easily manoeuvrable with a fork‑lift and can be stacked (note: horizontal racks are not recommended to be stacked more than two high). We also supply polyethylene drum spill pallets (100% recyclable, removable grates, forklift and pallet truck compatible), polyethylene workstation flooring (modular protection against incidental spills), plastic spill trays for economical temporary protection, and polyethylene IBC spill pallets with tough, chemical and UV‑resistant construction (optional grids/supports available). For damaged containers and clean handling, our range includes poly overpacks (UN group 1 options) and poly drum funnels to reduce mess and improve housekeeping.
